Hey Michael,

I’m afraid I have to switch around some shows in the January schedule so it looks like Friday January 11th is no longer an option - I’ll get back to you ASAP with other possibilities.

Ok if possible can we do pretty much every date besides the 16-20 as
we’ll be out of town.  Would this be just for January and the return
back to our set 2nd Friday of each month?  Would this possibly open up
for us to go biweekly?

We’re making some changes and additions to our weekend schedule at UCBeast in 2013, and it looks like we will no longer have room for The Great Debate. I apologize for the last minute change. Thank you very much for putting up your show at UCBeast and good luck with it going forward. 

I’ll let you know if something changes and we have room available in the future.

Understandable but I would suggest next time when telling a show these type of things to not yank their chain, or lead them on and then cancel them.  No hard feelings, I hope this wasn’t because of Kurt and what he said on stage that we got cancelled.  Anyways I’ll be taking the show elsewhere but if in the future you are ready to make a long term commitment to the show we would be interested.  Happy Holidays!
